Alyssa Parr
National Academy of Sports Medicine - Certified Personal Trainer
Competitive powerlifter, and experienced yoga instructor specializing in strength training, behavior change, and women’s health across all life stages. Her coaching approach blends evidence-based training, movement education, and psychology-driven habit formation to help clients build sustainable strength, confidence, and long-term health beyond short-term results.
She has coached a diverse national client base while working alongside leading professionals in the fitness industry, including the team behind the Mind Pump Fitness Podcast. Alyssa delivers highly individualized programming with a strong emphasis on women’s hormone health across all stages of life, including perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Her areas of expertise include intelligent strength programming, metabolic health, nutrition education, and hormone-informed training, including HRT support. She is a strong advocate for chasing health, knowing aesthetics always follow, helping women step into their strongest, most confident selves.
With additional experience in yoga instruction, mobility training, and coaching teen athletes, Alyssa brings a well-rounded, adaptable approach to fitness. She believes the most effective training programs are built on trust, education, and alignment with each client’s lifestyle, and she is passionate about helping people move well, train with purpose, and stay strong for life.
Jeremy Hull
Jeremy Hull is a results-driven personal trainer dedicated to helping clients unlock their full physical potential through intelligent strength training and sustainable body transformation. With a strong belief in building from the ground up, Jeremy focuses on developing solid movement patterns, increasing strength, and creating long-term habits that support lasting change.
Each program is fully customized, blending resistance training, functional movement, and progressive overload to ensure measurable progress. Whether the goal is gaining lean muscle, reducing body fat, or completely reshaping physique and performance, Jeremy’s approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual’s needs, experience level, and lifestyle.

Bridget Selberg

Bridget’s athletic journey began at a young age through volleyball, where she developed a deep appreciation for teamwork, discipline, and the excitement of competition. She played throughout her youth and continued at the collegiate level, embracing each challenge as an opportunity to grow both physically and mentally as an athlete.
Over a decade ago, Bridget transformed her passion for movement into a fulfilling career as a fitness instructor. Beginning with certifications in Barre and Pilates, she quickly discovered her love for coaching and helping others reach their fitness goals. As her experience grew, she expanded into interval-based training formats, continually seeking innovative ways to challenge, motivate, and inspire her clients.
Bridget recently completed her ISSA Personal Training Certification and is thrilled to join the Club’s personal training team. This next step allows her to offer a more personalized, results-driven approach while continuing to create engaging and empowering training experiences.

Brianna Lee

Brianna Lee is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist whose lifelong passion for fitness began in her youth through active participation in sports such as volleyball, figure skating, and cross-country running. These early athletic experiences cultivated her love for movement, discipline, and competition, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to health and wellness.
With over five years of professional experience in the fitness industry, Brianna has developed a deep understanding of how to help individuals reach their full potential—both physically and mentally. Her expertise spans strength training, endurance conditioning, and nutrition, allowing her to design balanced, personalized programs that support clients in achieving sustainable results.
Brianna’s approach to coaching emphasizes education, motivation, and consistency. Greg Pena
Discovering fitness transformed Greg’s life and inspired him to help others experience the same positive change through training. Since 2015, Greg has been a results-driven personal trainer dedicated to helping clients become stronger, more confident, and more capable in their everyday lives.
Greg brings a unique blend of experience to his coaching, having competed in Olympic lifting for five years, which shaped his deep understanding of strength, power, technique, and discipline. He specializes in functional fitness and Olympic lifting, combining athletic performance with real-world movement to build bodies that are not only strong, but resilient and efficient.
More than just physical results, Greg believes training should enhance how clients feel both physically and mentally. His goal is for every client to feel good in and out of the gym — moving better, performing better, and living healthier with confidence.
Christine Farfan
PT, MFDc, Chopra Scholar, brings over three decades of distinguished experience in physical therapy and holistic wellness to her role as a Personal Trainer with The Club Los Gatos. As the former Director of Stanford's Chronic Pain Clinic, she served the Bay Area through leading outpatient facilities from 1991 until 2007, when she established her own practice with a clear vision: to move beyond the volume-driven healthcare model that often fails to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Her commitment to one-on-one care integrating mind-body principles has transformed countless lives through personalized, comprehensive treatment approaches that honor each individual's unique needs and healing journey. Christine has furthered her holistic expertise by becoming certified through Chopra Global to teach meditation, higher Vedic health, yoga, and Ayurvedic life coaching, adding powerful dimensions to her therapeutic practice.
At The Club Los Gatos, Christine offers members an exceptional opportunity to access expert-level care in myofascial treatment, movement analysis, and comprehensive solutions for chronic pain and physical limitations. Jose Miguel Lopez

Jose Miguel Lopez holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from San José State University. He is an ACE-certified personal trainer, a certified wellness coach, and holds additional certifications in USA Weightlifting Level 1 and Functional Movement Screening Level 2. With a strong educational foundation and diverse credentials, he is well-equipped to guide clients through safe, effective, and evidence-based fitness programs.
Jose has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, including home caregivers balancing family duties, multiple Forbes 100-ranked leaders in their industries, retirees seeking to maintain independence and mobility, and individuals recovering from injuries. This broad background enables him to offer an empathetic and adaptable approach that meets people where they are in their fitness journey.
Blending his expertise in wellness and performance training, Jose has developed a coaching philosophy centered on sustainability and overall well-being. He believes that fitness is not only about working hard but also about working smart—integrating physical, mental, and emotional health. Justin has been a Personal/Group Trainer for 6+ years. Justin played Collegiate Baseball which is where he found his love for fitness. Justin’s certifications include NASM CPT, CrossFit L1 Trainer, CrossFit L1 Nutrition. Justin specializes in Olympic Weightlifting Lifting, Bodybuilding, Gymnastics, Flexibility and Sport Specific Training. Justin works with people of all ages and knows how to keep training fun while also keeping clients motivated.Â

A trainer for the past 13 years, Patrick moved to California from the East Coast in 2019 to continue his health and fitness journey. With a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology, a Masters in Public Health, and Division 1 collegiate athletic experience, Patrick brings a blend of performance, corrective, and preventative exercise expertise. Within The Club LG, Patrick also works under the umbrella of Tobe Hanson, working with clients to fix pain, restore function, and improve performance.Â
Patrick specializes in flywheel training, barbell and Olympic lifting, weight loss, bodyweight training, and fitness for 55+. With certifications in a variety of disciplines, including some lesser known areas like Functional Range Conditioning, kettlebell, Indian Clubs, Animal Flow. and aquatic fitness, he enjoys bringing growth and balance to people’s lives through movement. In the Los Gatos community, Patrick is also a soccer coach for Los Gatos High School and Raymond J. Fisher Middle School.ÂÂ

Chris has been a personal trainer and coach for 12+ years. His certifications include CFL1, CFL2, NASM, Weightlifting L1. As a former collegiate athlete, fitness and staying active have always been passions of his. Chris was a CrossFit athlete from 2012-2017 who competed at the Regional level both individually and on a team. The best part of his job is striving to make his training sessions the best part of his clients’ days. It’s always his goal to help them feel better leaving than when they came in.
Mayoli Elmjouie

Mayoli Elmjouie started her fitness journey in 2017 weightlifting, this ultimately led her to lose a remarkable 45 pounds. Throughout her weightlifting journey, she was able to gain extensive background knowledge in proper form, techniques, and etiquette when weightlifting. Mayoli is a NPC Bikini competitor and athlete who has worked in the fitness industry for the past 7 years. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of strength training, weight loss, and nutrition. Mayoli is certified through NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association) and strives to keep her clients happy by challenging them to bring forth the best versions of themselves throughout their entire training program. Mayoli has a strong passion for exercising and living a healthy lifestyle, she incorporates this into her daily routine and never misses an opportunity to make it fun. Her overall goal with her clients is to see them become the best versions of themselves through exercise while ensuring they are having fun throughout the process. She strives to build regimens that surpass fitness goals, allowing her clients to experience happier, healthier versions of themselves.

Gabriel Marin has a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in health and human performance from Saint Mary’s College. Gabriel has been training clients for 6+ years and is passionate about helping others with their athletic and wellness journeys. Gabriel has been active his entire life and has a deep understanding of what it means to be an athlete as a former D1 athlete himself. Gabriel is also a certified massage therapist and believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness. Along with having worked with high-level NFL athlete’s at California Strength, he has also worked with clients of all walks of life and treats every person as an athlete for life. Gabriel believes that exercise is not all about performance, but also longevity and keeping the body moving properly. He is excited to bring his knowledge of performance and wellness to his clients at The Club at Los Gatos.Â

With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kelsey is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, more balanced lives. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Kelsey specializes in building muscle, strength training, and body transformation.
In addition to offering one-on-one personal training sessions, Kelsey also leads Body Shop classes every Wednesday at 5:45pm and every other Sunday at 10am, helping members push their limits and build a strong foundation for lasting fitness.

Alex Roman
A lifelong athlete and martial artist with 25 years Wrestling experience, 20 years of jiu jitsu experience; and 16 years of boxing, muay thai and kickboxing experience. Alex has been training athletes and fighters for the last 12 years. As a true student of the game, Alex continues to learn and better himself so that he can better serve his clients.
Alex’s credentials include Black Belt achievement in Jiu Jitsu, National Jiu Jitsu Champion, Most valuable offensive back of the year in Football, Utility player of the year in Football, Sophomore & Junior of the year in Volleyball.

He holds multiple credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, equipping him with the knowledge to design customized programs that address both physical performance and nutrition strategy.
