A 45 - 60-minute high-energy Pilates-inspired class focused on core, arms, and glutes. The 60 min full-body workout uses a range of light weights and resistance bands. Expect a hot, sweaty hour that will create lean muscle, ideal posture, and flexibility.

Toned is a heated total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights. Toned focuses on strengthening, lengthening, balancing and fortifying from the outside in.

Traditional Hot Yoga — a therapeutic style of Hatha Yoga consisting of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Each pose is challenge-based on personal ability, done in a heated room to relieve tension without risk of injury. Strengthen your body, relax your mind.
