Coach, trainer, athlete, and clinician, Eshan wears many hats to improve health, wellness, and performance. Rooted in the basics of physiology and sports medicine, Eshan has worked in various backgrounds from Pre-/Post Surgery rehabilitation to introductory weightlifting to sport performance, working with adolescents to college athletes to geriatric populations.
Holding degrees in Kinesiology and Nutrition, he utilizes knowledge of both the external and internal mechanisms for building strength, staying mobile, and increasing resilience.
