Barbell WOD takes a balanced approach to programming combining the best of California Strength’s Olympic weightlifting principles with Powerlifting, Functional Training and Metabolic Conditioning into 60 minute workouts.

Like BarbellWOD, our WOD class is a high intensity workout class combining functional movements, metabolic conditioning and strength training, we’re just removed the olympic lifting. This class is designed for any skill level but will challenge all fitness levels.
