Barre combines the best of Pilates, yoga and ballet barre training to create a strong, lean, flexible body. This class will transform your body through high-repetition, low-impact resistance training.

Work out like a dancer! Barre Fusion combines Pilates, yoga, cardio and barre work. The class combines weights with high-repetition micro movements that sculpt and stretch the body.

The Club’s Circuit class offers multiple exercise modalities to give you a versatile experience & introduce you to a variety of equipment as well as body-weight exercises. This class aims to build strength and muscular endurance.

Train Like a Champ! This boxing-inspired class blends authentic boxing skills with strength and conditioning modalities, & drills that include a blend of bag work and shadow boxing. KnockOut will challenge your body and mind to give you a truly exhilarating and rewarding experience.

Vinyasa links movement and breath to attain balance in the body and mind, and aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. Inhalation is usually connected to upward, open movements, while exhalation is often tied to downward movements or twists.

Yin is a slow-paced style yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Yin poses apply moderate stress to connective tissues of the body with the goal of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility while discovering awareness of inner silence.
