Class Description

The Club’s hybrid of HIIT and strength training. This class will incorporate both treadmills and floor work where multiple kinds of equipment, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and more, will be utilized. The work done on the treadmill will consist of incline and sprint variations, while the floor work will focus on strengthening and toning particular muscle groups depending on the day of the week ( Total Body | BLT (Butt, Legs, Tum). The ideal class for fat loss and lean muscle gains.
